April 2020

Wednesday, April 8th – Weekly Games Begins


Friday, April 10th – Masters Par 3 Tournament

Description: 3-Player Scramble (Blind Draw) playing 6 Par 3’s. Holes to be determined. Awards ceremony to follow play in upstairs bar.

Start Time: 10:00 AM Shotgun


Saturday, April 11th – Registration Begins For The Annual CCNB Governors’ Cup

Description:  32 two-man teams will play a match play elimination tournament throughout the season.  The computer will randomly draw brackets.  Matches will have a designated “play by” date.  Players will arrange day and time to play their respective matches.  80% handicap will be used from the Blue Tee’s.

Saturday, April 18th – Season Opening “Kickoff Scramble”

Description:  4-Player Straight Scramble with restrictions on tee shots (Gross and Net prizes to be awarded.)
Start time: 10:00 AM Shotgun (Preceded by Breakfast Buffet @9:00 AM)

**Open to all Members and Guests (No Guest Fees)**This Event is an exempt tournament. All members can only have 1 guest.

May 2020

Tuesday, May 5th – Men’s Tuesday Night League Opener

Start time:  4:30 PM Shotgun (May – June 1)  & 5:00 PM Shotgun (June – September 1)

Description: Different Format Every Tuesday Night – Call Pro Shop to get on the Golf Genius Invite List via Email

Sunday, May 17th – Spring BBQ

Description:  Member/Member & Member/Guest.  (House Members and Social Members may participate as guests.)  Best Ball of the foursome at 80% handicap.  Individual contests.

Start time: 9:00 AM Shotgun

Blue Tee’s for Men & Green Tee’s for Women


Saturday/Sunday, May 23rd & 24th – Memorial Day Tournament 

Description:  Flighted Match Play Round Robin Event. Five Nine-hole (Three on Saturday & Two on Sunday) matches with each hole counting as one point.  80% handicap.  All flight winners will participate in a Shoot-Out to determine overall champions.

Start time: Morning tee times on holes #1 and #10.

**Course closed to all non-participants.**  

**Open to all Full Golf Members**
Black Tee’s for Championship Flight and First Flight, Blue Tee’s for all other Men’s flights and Green Tee’s for all Women’s Flights.


June 2020

Thursday, June 4th – Nine & Dine Opener

Description:  9-Hole Mixed Scotch league.

Start time
:  5:00 PM Shotgun – Call Pro Shop to Sign Up

Saturday/Sunday, June 6th & 7th – Senior-Junior Championship

Description:  Teams will consist of one Senior member (age 55+) and one Junior member (age 54 and under). Format – Best Ball Gross & Net, 36 holes. Daily “net skins.”  

Start time:  Mid Morning Tee Times

**Open to all Men Full Golf (A&B) Members.**
Juniors will be playing Black Tee’s, Seniors will be playing Blue Tee’s and all Seniors over the age of 70 will play the Grey tees.  


Thursday, June 25th – WGA Member Guest

Start Time: 8:30 AM Shotgun


Saturday/Sunday, June 27th & 28th – Senior Club Championship

Description:  Medal Play in all divisions.  Each division will play 36 holes.  Flights will be determined by handicaps.

Start time: Mid Morning Tee Times.

**Open to ALL Full Golf Members (A&B) Members over the age of 55**
Play will be from the Black Tee’s, Blue Tee’s &  Women’s division Green Tee’s


July 2020

Friday/Saturday/Sunday, July 3rd, 4th & 5th – Fourth of July Tournament

Description:  Member/Member or Member/Guest teams may play.  54-hole stroke play with gross and net prizes awarded.  Daily nets will also be awarded each day.  There will be a separate cash pool run by the Event Committee.  Entries must be paid by the first day of the tournament.

 **This tournament counts as 1 round in the Guest Policy Information.** 

Start time: Thursday and Friday, groups may make their own starting times and foursomes.  Foursomes may not be the same on both days, however.  Groups will be paired by two-day net totals on Saturday in an 8:00 AM Shotgun.

**1st tee closed until 1 p.m.**

**Men and Women** Full Golf (A&B) Members ONLY and Guests** Social and House Members are not permitted to play as Guests. Men: Black Tee’s Women: Green Tee’s.


Saturday, July 11th – Parent/Child Tournament

Description: Chapman Scotch
Start time:  1:00 PM Shotgun (18 Holers) / 2:30 PM (9Holers) / 3:00 PM (4Holers)

**Age Divisions will be implemented**

**Open to ALL Members** Parent/Child is an exempt Tournament.


Saturday/Sunday, July 18th & 19th – CCNB Club Championships

Description:  Medal Play in all divisions. All divisions, including all women’s divisions, will play 36 holes.  Flights will be determined by handicaps.

Start time:  Mid Morning tee times

**Open to ALL Full Golf (A&B) Members**
Championship Flight Black Tee’s, All other Men’s flights Blue Tee’s and all Women’s flights Tee’s TBD


Sunday, July 19th – Junior Club Championship

Description:  Boy and Girl’s divisions based upon age (age limit is 17 years old).  9 or 18 holes depending on age division.  

Starting Time: Tee Times starting at 1:00 PM

Monday, August 3rd through Sunday, August 9th – 90th Annual Men’s Four-Ball Invitational

Description:  Separate package from committee.

*Course closed all week.

Four Ball is a Guest EXEMPT tournament.

Monday, August 17th through Friday, August 21st – 42nd Annual Women’s Invitational Four-Ball 

Description:  Separate package from committee.

Course closed until approx. 1:00 PM each day.

Women’s Four Ball is an EXEMPT tournament.


September 2020

Saturday/Sunday, September 5th & 6th – Labor Day Ryder Cup

Description:  Ryder Cup format.  Players will sign up as twosomes; individuals may sign up and will be paired accordingly. Saturday will be Team Matches & Sunday will be singles matches.  

Start time:  AM Tee Times

Blue Tee division for Men, Green Tee division for Women
