Membership & Benefits Classifications

All classes of membership shall include the following Club House benefits and privileges, subject to the completion of the application process.

• Use of Club Dining Facilities with charging privileges.
• 
• Use of Fitness Facility at Club.
• Host and sponsor banquet and functions using Club House Facilities
  (except Junior Members).
• Spouse has Club House privileges.

Golf Membership Benefits:

Junior Intermediate Membership (18-30) | $2,475.00

• $3,000 Initiation Fee
• Full golf privileges at Club without payment of green fees (carts available and guests permitted with the payment of cart and guest fee)
• Participation in member golf tournaments (additional fees apply)
• Monthly Club Minimum ($75/month, mandatory) (F&B, Cart Rentals, Proshop Merchandise, excludes Guest fees)

Corporate Membership | $15,000.00

• $20,000 Initiation Fee
• This membership will allow a Corporation to list 3 individuals as golfing members, (1) being the primary and the other (2) as associates. The two associates cannot be changed more than once annually unless approved by the BOG.
• All 3 members will each have same golf privileges as a current “A” member
• Handicap & Weekend Tournaments/Range Fee (additional annual fee $40 & $55, respectively) per person
• 1 Vote per membership
• 3 Lockers included (Additional Lockers $70 per year)
• Monthly Club Minimum ($375/month mandatory) (F&B, Cart Rentals, Proshop Merchandise, excludes Guest fees)
• Bag storage services for 3 members ($100 each member per year)
• Golf Course Renovations & Irrigation ($165/month)
• Dining privileges will be allowed for up to 6 employees
• All charges will be billed and paid by Corporation

Junior Membership (17 & Under) | $600.00

• Age seventeen (17) or younger
• Full time college student under age 23
• Privileges as Restricted by the “Who Can Play When” rules (see below)
• Handicap & bag services (available at additional cost)
• No voting rights
• No charging privileges without parent/guardian authorization and credit card on file.

Social Membership | $275.00

• Full use of facilities at club except golf course (One FULL round per month as a guest at prevailing guest rates, played with a golfing member and cart required)
• No voting rights
• Monthly Club Minimum ($100/month, mandatory) (F&B, Cart Rentals, Proshop Merchandise, excludes Guest fees)
• Annual dues due upon application acceptance and renewed annually on the acceptance date
